Join us March 3–5, 2026 in the Smoky Mountains for a retreat designed to help you reconnect with God, recharge, and gather with other Christian women who deeply desire to radiate Jesus in all they do.
The event will be filled with live podcast tapings that feel like pulling up a chair at a cozy coffee shop. You’ll sit in the room with Rebecca and our guests for honest, biblically-rooted conversations about faith, calling, waiting, leadership, and real life.
The Radiance Retreat is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, worship, and experience community in a peaceful mountain setting. Step away from hurry and step into a space where your soul can rest and listen for God’s voice.
The Radiance Retreat is being held at a beautiful, peaceful camp setting in the mountains — and with that comes a variety of lodging styles. We’ve intentionally created multiple pricing tiers so every woman has the opportunity to be part of this amazing experience, regardless of budget or comfort preference.
Whether you choose a single twin for extra space, a shared bunk for the full camp experience, or an off-campus stay for maximum flexibility, every ticket includes full access to all retreat sessions, worship, activities, and community. Rebecca George is an author, speaker, podcast host, and encourager at heart who loves creating spaces where women can slow down and hear from the Lord. Through her books and the Radical Radiance podcast, she has seen how powerful it can be when we step away from our everyday pace to rest, worship, and connect with God.
Rebecca lives in Maryville, Tennessee with her husband, Dustin, and their dog, Jasper. She is passionate about helping women walk confidently in their calling, deepen their faith, and rediscover the peace and joy found in Christ. The Radiance Retreat is an outflow of that heart: an intentional space for women to be refreshed and renewed in Him.

Bethany’s warm and honest voice invites women to pull up a chair, rest in truth, and discover how the Gospel meets them in the everyday moments of home and heart.

Bethany lives in central Arkansas with her husband Jason and their children Austin and Ashlyn.

Space to Rest
There’s room in the schedule to nap, hike, shop, do a craft, drink coffee on the porch, or just sit and breathe in the mountain quiet. You don’t have to be “on.”

The Radiance Retreat is held at Eagle Rock Camp in the Smoky Mountains of east Tennessee. You will receive detailed directions and check-in instructions the week prior to the retreat.

You’ll need to pack your own twin sheets, pillow, and blanket, as Eagle Rock Camp does not provide bedding. We will provide a full packing list with your check-in instructions the week prior to the retreat.

Due to the pre-planning we have to pair attendees in rooms, work with vendors, finalize food, etc., we are unable to provide a refund should you not be able to attend the event, but you may defer your ticket to our 2027 retreat.

If you are flying, we encourage you to fly into Knoxville (TYS) if possible. Nashville (BNA), although cheaper at times, is about 3 hours from the venue.

Dinner Tuesday evening, breakfast Wednesday morning, lunch Wednesday, dinner Wednesday, and breakfast Thursday morning will be provided (5 meals total).
And yes, Eagle Rock can accommodate dietary restrictions. Please note any restrictions on your pre-retreat survey.
